I followed these with a new dSLR I purchased for my son&#039;s high school cross-country meets, and in just two weeks I&#039;ve had over a hundred of my shots get posted to his team&#039;s website!   If I could add one more tip: especially with dSLR cameras get the biggest memory card you can afford, and shoot 10x more shots you think you should, and chances are better that you&#039;ll end up with more &quot;usable&quot; pictures.</description>

The only thing missing is that most folks don&#039;t have the experience or money to buy the telephoto lens to get out far enough getting the desired effects of a short DOF and able to see details, like eyes for example, but for those who can afford at least a 75-300 or 70-200 these are excellent concepts.</description>
